Is it possible to collect my order in person?

Yes, collection from our warehouse in Ipswich can be arranged. Please contact our customer service team on 0118 315 0873 to place your order. Once the order has been processed and payment has been completed via PayPal or Credit/Debit Card, the warehouse will contact you directly to arrange a collection appointment.

Can I choose Saturday delivery?

Yes, Saturday delivery can be arranged. Please note that additional charges may apply. To organise this, contact our customer service team on 0118 315 0873 in advance so they can check availability and make the necessary arrangements.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, inner & outer Hebrides, the Shetland Islands, and other offshore islands?

Yes, we deliver to all parts of the British Isles. Note that there may be additional shipping costs involved for deliveries outside the British mainland. Note also that deliveries to these areas will take more time. We can arrange to deliver to a location on the mainland nearby so that you can avoid paying extra shipping fees.

Do you deliver to the Channel Islands?

Yes we do, please contact our customer service. We are able to remove taxes for products bought in the Channel Islands. Extra shipping costs apply.

Yes, we can deliver to the Republic of Ireland. Contact our customer service team to enquire about pricing and delivery. Please note that the price will include additional delivery fees and that deliveries will take longer than indicated on our webpage.

What other countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to almost all countries in Europe. Contact our customer service experts to ensure that you will receive the lowest possible delivery fees. For countries outside the UK and EU, please note that additional costs such as customs duties, taxes or similar may apply. Also, your bank may charge fees for a transfer to a British or European bank. These additional costs are not included in our shipping costs and will be charged to you by our logistics partner after delivery. There may also be delays at the border, so please allow sufficient time for when you finally need your delivery.

What do I do if the box is damaged or parts are missing on delivery?

We recommend that you check your product for damage immediately on receipt of the product. Most of the time, only the packaging is affected, and the product itself is undamaged. If this is not the case, please contact us on 0118 315 0873. Please have your customer number or invoice ready so that we can track your order quickly. You have to contact our customer service within the first 14 days after receiving the goods if something is missing.

Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?

No, we do not offer same-day delivery or next day delivery. Contact our customer service team if you need a tent by a specific time. They can advise you on the best way to get your hands on a product as quickly as possible.

How long does delivery take?

This depends on the product. You can find the estimated delivery time for each product on the respective product page, directly below the "Add to basket" button.

On selected category pages you can filter for products that will be dispatched from the UK. These products have the shortest delivery times, usually within 2-3 working days. Many other products have a delivery time of 7-12 working days. In some circumstances, customs issues can lead to additional delays.

How much are shipping costs?

The shipping costs depend on the model, the quantity, your delivery location and the availability of the products ordered.

Delivery of party tents, pop-up gazebos and garden gazebos is free of charge for most parts of the UK. You'll find the relevant information in your shopping basket, highlighted in green. For items shipped by courier, we've provided a calculator: enter your postcode and the shipping costs will be automatically calculated for you. You can find this calculator directly by clicking on the "Add to basket" button. Shipping costs for spare parts are generally higher, as structures and tarpaulins are packed separately.
