If your greenhouse door no longer slides smoothly, the door wheels may need cleaning, adjustment or replacement. Always refer to your greenhouse's assembly manual before carrying out maintenance. To replace the sliding door wheels, first slide the door out of the upper and lower door rails. Once the door has been removed, unscrew the axle pin securing the damaged roller and fit the replacement roller in the same position. As a guide, the rollers should be positioned approximately 40 mm from the end of the door roller profile before tightening the axle pin. Finally, slide the door back into the rails and check that it moves smoothly.
