Garden gazebos

• Unpack and check all components against the manual.
• Lay them out on level ground.
• Gather tools (ladder, screwdriver, Allen keys, mallet, drill for anchoring).

• Connect posts and perimeter beams as per the instructions.
• Keep bolts finger-tight until the frame is aligned and square.

• Fit rafters, crossbars vand any gutter or ridge profiles.
• These will vary slightly depending on the roof type.

Polycarbonate models:

Slide UV-protected panels into profiles from eave to ridge; secure with caps and seals.

Steel roof models:

Position galvanised steel sheets, overlapping where required; secure with provided fixings [H4]

Fabric roof models:

Drape polyester canopy evenly over the frame; fasten with supplied straps or hooks.

• Once the roof is on, fully tighten all bolts in a cross pattern.
• Anchor the gazebo legs to the ground for stability.

• Install sidewalls, mosquito nets, ceiling liners or curtains.
• Check stability and make any final adjustments.

• Clean the frame and roof regularly using mild soap, lukewarm water and a soft sponge.
• Check bolts and fixings seasonally, tightening if needed.
• Inspect roof panels or fabric for wear and replace if necessary (spare parts available).
• Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners or sharp tools that may damage surfaces.

Hardtop ( Steel or Polycarbonate Roofs)

• Promptly clear snow build-up to prevent excess weight.
• Remove dirt regularly; avoid scratching the surface.
• For polycarbonate, rinse gently and avoid abrasive cleaners

Soft-Top (Fabric Roofs)

• Not designed for year-round use — remove or store during winter or in severe weather.
• In summer, use a light waterproofing spray to protect from UV damage.
• Always allow the canopy to dry completely before storing to prevent mould or mildew.
• Never machine wash the canopy or side panels.
• If left outside in winter, remove snow immediately to avoid stretching or tearing.

• For strong winds or heavy snow, add extra anchoring or temporarily remove the roof (soft tops).
• In winter, clear snow build-up promptly to prevent excess load.

Garden gazebos do not attach to the side of the house. The pavilion may be installed directly next to the house, ensuring a gap between house and outdoor structure. Some customers find makeshift solutions that divert rainwater away from your patio.

Garden gazebo side curtains should be cleaned to remove any build-up of dirt or grime. The curtains should not be put into the washing machine. The best way to keep them clean is using a soft-haired brush and soapy water to work away at any dirt and mildew. Once finished, rinse off all soap residue and leave to dry.

Our Classic and Premium garden gazebos have a soft top roof made of polyester, that need to be taken down over winter. Deluxe garden gazebos have a polycarbonate roof that you don’t' need to remove. These strong garden gazebos are incredibly weather-resistant and can remain standing throughout the whole year.
