Pop up gazebos

Setting up your pop up gazebo is quick and tool-free — perfect for events, markets or spontaneous garden gatherings. All models come with clear instructions and can be erected in just a few minutes.

Assembly Steps

1. Remove the gazebo from its storage bag and place it on a flat surface.
2. With a second person (recommended), pull apart the opposite corner poles to partially extend the frame.
3. Drape the roof tarp over the frame, making sure the corners line up — the centre pole should align with the centre seam of the canopy.
4. Continue extending the frame until it locks into place at each corner.
5. Extend the telescopic legs by stepping on the base plate and pulling up until the pins click into place. Choose from 3 or 5 height settings depending on the model.
6. Use Velcro fasteners to attach the canopy to the frame and pull it taut.

Securing your gazebo

1. Peg down the leg footplates using the provided ground pegs.
2. Use the guy ropes at each corner for extra wind resistance.
3. Attach side panels with Velcro straps (if applicaple):
   • Economy models use wrap-around Velcro straps that loop around the poles.
   • Premium and Professional models include both pole loops and wide Velcro strips that secure to the inside edge of the canopy for a tighter, more weatherproof fit.

Tip: Always ensure pegs are firmly anchored in compact soil or use weights on harder ground for safety.

Cleaning

• Clean the canopy with a soft cloth and mild detergent.
• Avoid petrol, solvent-based, or high-strength cleaners that may damage the waterproof coating.
• You can restore water repellency with a suitable waterproofing spray after cleaning.

Disassembly Tips

• Dismantle the side panels first. Remove all pegs and guy ropes.
• Release the height-adjustment pins to lower the frame gently.
• Loosen Velcro fasteners on the roof before folding the frame inward.
• Collapse the frame smoothly and return all components to the carry bag completely dry. 

Storage Guidelines

• Only store your gazebo when it is fully dry to prevent mould or material damage.
• Avoid folding or setting up tarps in temperatures below +5°C, as cold weather can make the fabric brittle.
• Never place heavy items on top of stored gazebos.
• Important: Pop up gazebos are designed for temporary use only and should not be left up permanently.
